discovering God’s Story

Learn a story about love that brings redemption and restoration

We can't wait to begin this new chapter with you. Weekly worship launches in Louisville, KY, beginning January 2026. For now, join us at our Town Hall Worship Gatherings on 10/5, 10/26, 11/2, 11/16, 12/7, 12/21 from 5:30 to 7 PM.

Worship focused ON relationship

The Sunday morning routine can become just that... A routine. The Sunday worship at Our Story Church is designed to remind us of what is happening throughout the service, recognizing that God is present among us.

God Prepares the way

God Prepares the way

God has prepared the way for us, and now we get to respond as we gather. Each part of the service is meant to form us and strengthen our relationship with God.

come as you are

come as you are

Truly, come as you are! Skeptical? Lost? On fire for God? Seeking? Come! Dress how you are comfortable dressing. You are welcome here to discover a new story in God.

Surrender in praise

Surrender in praise

Words sung without the heart are meaningless. During our time of praise, we aim to be thoughtful of our song as we surrender to God in awe and wonder.

Discover a new direction

Discover a new direction

Our teachings aim to get inside the story of the Bible to connect personally while discovering who God is. Scripture is meant to direct us toward a life lived in God.

Walk into relationship

Walk into relationship

We recognize that God is among the people at the communion table. As we come forward each week, this is a time of active response to receive and reciprocate Jesus' sacrificial love.

Go out transformed

Go out transformed

Worship doesn’t end as the service closes; it moves with us into the world when we go out transformed to witness to others and remain in connection to God.

FOr kids and teens

As children of God, our story begins by knowing who our Father is, who our Savior is, and who the Holy Spirit is as our Counselor. At each stage, we focus on what part of God’s story our children and youth need to learn, experience, and embrace. All of this is done through

PLAY, CREATIVITY, WORSHIP,
LEARNING, and COMMUNITY

The "Rhythm of worshipful Living"

Our Story Church believes that worship is a way of living out our calling within our church, our families, and into the community.

We are faithful to each aspect (worship, discipleship, rest, service, giving, and evangelism) so that we can experience a healthy rhythm of life as continual worship. Keep reading to learn more about how God demonstrates these qualities to us, and then, as individuals, we respond to participate, reflecting our Father. As we do this, the community experiences a new form of relationship empowered by the Holy Spirit.
